Puntarelle in Evo Oil

Descrizione

The “puntarella” in oil are a typical preparation of chicory tops, that is the sprouts that form in the inner part of chicory "catalana", slightly blanched in water and vinegar, to be then seasoned with extra virgin olive oil. With a unique and irresistible taste, they are the fruit of the Apulian tradition, they are excellent on toast bread accompanied by a plate of aged cheeses.
