Descrizione

Mostarda is produced only with fruits and vegetables mainly from our territory, harvested at the right degree of ripeness. To give each product the right degree of piquancy, only natural mustard is used. These products are born in a farm in the area of Mantova, where Mr. Copelli, after a careful selection, was able to create a combination of delicacy between his cheeses and these homemade mostarda.
