Our “Giardiniera” is composed of 9 different types of vegetables processed by hand. In particular, it is composed of: cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, borettane onions, shallot, red pepper, yellow pepper, fennel, celery. The strong and acetic taste, but not pungent, is given by Lugana’s vinegar aged in barrique and made more pleasant by storage in oil (high oleic sunflower seed oil and extra virgin olive oil).
