Descrizione

It is a milk curd robiola produced with cow, goat and sheep milk. The classic size of 300 gr brings to mind the tradition of the Langhe of Piedmont, where in the farms cheese was produced with all available milks. The wise balance between the three milks together with the seven-day aging generates a robiola with a delicate, sweet and velvety taste.
