Morlacco

Descrizione

Morlacco is the most traditional and representative product of the Alpine pastures of the Grappa massif. It is a soft, straw-yellow cheese with a strong, slightly acidic taste and it is produced in the mountain pastures from skimmed milk of the evening milking, to which is added whole milk of the morning. Morlacco is left to mature for about 60 days in cellars wrapped with poplar wood shutters.
