Robiolina with milk curd produced with the three milks, vaccine, goat and sheep, is characterized by a delicate and sweet taste thanks to the presence of sheep’s milk. After about seven days of ageing, the product has a white and wrinkled coating, even more evident in this small format, thus determining the greater creaminess and softness of the pasta itself.
