Descrizione

Produced in Piedmont, this cheese is without rind. The paste is soft and spreadable, white or straw-colored with the presence of mottled veins. The taste is sweet and creamy with aromatic hints, typical of gorgonzola. It is a compound cheese, obtained by layering Gorgonzola DOP and mascarpone cheese.
