Formaggella Valsabbia

Descrizione

This cheese produced in the Val Sabbia area, in the province of Brescia, it is a short-ripening fat cheese. The paste is soft, almost always without holes, it has a thin rind of white or pale straw in colour. Its delicate taste can be enhanced with tomato or fig Mostarda.
