Descrizione

Produced with cow’s milk from farms in the Trompia Valley, this cheese is full-fat raw-milk, it has a soft paste and it is refined in a mine for at least 3 months, to give it a unique taste. The ideal combination to enhance its qualities is our red onion Mostarda.
