Bastardo del Grappa

A semi-cooked cheese made from cow’s milk, with a pale to straw-colored paste, scattered, small eyes and a smooth, firm rind. It has a sweet, savory flavour, and is more intense when aged. It is a table cheese typical of the Grappa massif in the Venetian Pre-Alps. -, whose name comes from the fact that the recipe for this cheese is a hybrid of handed-down experience and cheese-making techniques. Produced with 100% Italian milk.
