Cheese is produced by a small family-run business located in the Verona area, at the foot of the Lessini Mountains. Cheese obtainted from whole milk, with raw paste and short maturation. The flowered rind, white in color, is elastic. The texture is compact, ivory white in color. The taste is sweet, slightly aromatic. Excellent combination with balsamic vinegar.
