Fresco di Capra

Descrizione

Produced in Veneto, this fresh and spreadable cheese is white, without rind, with a sweet taste and acidulous notes. Produced with 100% goat’s milk, it is rich in live milk enzymes. It can be eaten either spread on bread, or for the preparation of stuffed pasta, fondues, appetizers and combined with honey or our spicy Mantuan mostarda.
