Descrizione

Cheese is produced in the south of Sardinia with whole goat’s milk, it is cylindrical in shape with a smooth, deep brown rind. The paste is white, tending to pale yellow, soft with slight eye formation. The milk comes exclusively from the herds of Gerrei, characterized by wild grazing, rich in spontaneous herbs that give cheese that delicate and pleasant flavor that goes easily with any occasion.
