Verde Cremoso con Tartufo (With Truffle)

Descrizione

It is a pasteurized milk cheese, straw-colored white, whose green streaks are due to the process of marbling, i.e. the formation of mold due to the addition of penicillium spores to the milk. The rind is hard with compact and elastic consistency, not edible. The paste is soft and creamy, slightly spicy and tends to sweet taste, with a characteristic hint of truffle. For this cheese is used the black truffle of Acqualagna - Marche -.
