cheese produced in Sardinia, in the area of Cagliari.

 

Product description:

light yellow cheese, compact and with a slight eye. The rind is brown, ribbed and inedible. The flavor is strong, slightly spicy.

 

Special features / curiosity:

it is excellent both as a table cheese and as a grating cheese.

GRAN PECORA CON TARTUFO

Origin:

cheese produced in Tuscany in the Grosseto area.

 

Product description:

compact white pecorino cheese with truffle shavings. The flavor is sweet; the truffle makes the taste firm but not salty.

 

Special features / curiosity:

this cheese with the scent of sheep's milk and the flavor of black truffle was created to be paired with our giardiniera.

MARZOLINO SENESE

Origin:

cheese produced in Tuscany in the Grosseto area.

 

Product description:

typical marzolino with a trapezium shape, treated on the surface with concentrated tomato and extra virgin olive oil. The paste is white and compact.

 

Special features / curiosity:

traditional flavor thanks to milk from pastures fed with typical Tuscan herbs.
