cheese produced in the region of Sicily, by an artisan dairy that has been following the Sicilian dairy tradition for over thirty years.
Product description:
a soft, compact cheese which, thanks to artisanal processing, preserves its organoleptic characteristics and maintains a full, sweet taste. There is no rind. It can be white or variegated (olives, pepper, chili, pistachio, fantasy, arugula, walnuts, sun-dried tomato).
Special features / curiosity:
only Sicilian milk from animals grazing in the Belice Valley is used; it is milked and processed every day and therefore always very fresh.

Product description:
Compact cheese, light straw-coloured, homogeneous. The taste is sweet, fresh and persistent on the palate. It has the typical round heel shape. The rind is not edible. It is a table cheese that goes well with cold cuts and white wines, including fruity ones.
Special features / curiosity:
Dolce di Pecora is part of the family of "canestrati", so called because of the reliefs impressed on the crust by the basket where the curd is placed. Its origins date back to 1400.
