Product description:
soft, white-colored cheese with small holes. It has a white rind and a slightly aromatic flavor.
Special features / curiosity:
for the production of this cheese, the milk is collected daily, and after the necessary qualitative analysis, the milk is processed in the small dairy owned by the company. The milk is brought to the coagulation temperature in order to create the curd, which is then broken and reduced to the size of a hazelnut; it is then placed in perforated plastic baskets in order to drain the whey. Salting takes place the next day by immersion in brine.
